Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rosefield pieces, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Rosefield gift box and shipping carton, ensuring any previous shipping labels are removed or covered.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
